New employees spend three months learning essential knowledge, such as “how the body works,” “how medical institutions function,” “diseases and treatments in departments like orthopedics and gastroenterology,” and “basic to advanced sales techniques.” For the first year, new employees will work alongside senior colleagues for one-on-one training, and within a few years, they will become fully-fledged sales professionals.
