Recruitment Guidelines for New Graduates

The average age in the company is 40.9 years. The workplace is vibrant, and one of the company’s attractions is the culture of kindly teaching across departments. Exception: Two or three Saturday workdays per year. Half-day work on January 4 if it falls on a Saturday (company-wide meeting days in January and May). (May differ for the caregiving department.)
